What about kids? Kids under the age of 12 on 5/7/11 are FREE but must be accompanied by a registered parent or guardian. Youth t-shirts along with MOM toddler and baby gear will be available for purchase on race day.
What about hand cyclists? Handicapped participants may compete in the timed 5K event. Please contact the Race Director in advance so accommodations can be made.
What about pets & strollers? Strollers and dogs on leashes permitted in the MOM race but these racers are asked to line up with the walkers (behind the competitive runners) and clean up after their pets on the course.
Are there awards? Awards will be given to the top three male and female runners.
What are the age groups for the timed event? Under 15, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 and over.

The team with the most registered runners and walkers that cross the finish line on race day will receive a prize and recognition during the awards ceremony.
