MOM Mural
We're in the process of building a 3-D memorial to display photos of the people or things that inspire you to participate in the MOM race. This could be a picture of someone close to you who's struggling with mental illness, a loved one lost to suicide, your mother who you're honoring for Mother's Day, etc. This will be a living memorial that we’ll add to with each race. Photos will not be returned and should be limited to 4x6 inches. We hope to have the memorial ready for reveal by this year's race. Please stay tuned to our website for more information.
Mental Health Success Stories
In an effort to foster even more dialogue about mental health issues, Mind Over Matter is also launching an interactive section of its Web site where people can share mental health success stories, discuss treatment options, recommend physicians and find support. If you or someone you know has a mental health success story and would like to share it to get the ball rolling, contact Audra Quinn at publicist@mindovermatterrace.org.
