There are four levels of business sponsorship available:

Your business’ contribution is tax deductible under 501(c)(3) because Mind Over Matter is an approved IRS tax-exempt nonprofit organization. An official receipt needed for tax reporting purposes will be issued to all business sponsors.

Your business’ contribution will help facilitate the race and ultimately, benefit charities dedicated to mental health research, education, awareness, and suicide prevention in Michigan.

There are two methods for initiating business sponsorship:

sponsorship applications must be postmarked by Monday, April 14, 2008. The Marketing Director will contact the Title, Major, and Event sponsors for a copy of their business logo for applicable race-related marketing materials.

Title Sponsorship $2,500*

Your company will be recognized as the presenting sponsor of the 2007 MOM race
Your company will be mentioned in all press releases
Your company’s name/logo will appear:
- On the MOM race website, along with a link to your website.
- On all race-related marketing materials.
- On the front of the race t-shirts next to the MOM logo.
- On the start/finish banner.
Your company will have the opportunity to:
- Provide MOM with advertisements/promotional items to be included in participants’ race bags.
- Set up a kiosk/booth at the race.
Your company will be awarded five (5) free entries into the race (including t-shirts)
Your company will be acknowledged as the presenting sponsor during the awards ceremony following the race
We will work with you on any additional requests, based on your company’s specific marketing needs!

Major Sponsor - $1,000*

Your company’s name/logo will appear:
- On the MOM race website, along with a link to your website.
- On the back of the race t-shirts.
Your company will have the opportunity to:
- Provide MOM with advertisements/promotional items to be included in participants’ race bags.
- Set up a table at the event.
Your company will be awarded three (3) free entries into the race (including t-shirts).
Your company will be acknowledged during the awards ceremony following the race.

Event Sponsorship $500*

Your company’s name/logo will appear:
- On the MOM race website
- On the back of the race t-shirts
Your company will have the opportunity to provide MOM with one promotional item (flyer, company advertisement, set of coupons, etc.) to be included in the participant’s race bags
Your company will be awarded two (2) free entries into the MOM race (including t-shirts)
Your company will be acknowledged during the awards ceremony following the race.

Contributing Sponsorship $250*

Your company’s name will appear:
- On the back of the race t-shirts
- On the MOM race website
Your company will be awarded one (1) free entry into the MOM race (including t-shirt)
Your company will be acknowledged during the awards ceremony following the race.
